As an elective procedure, cosmetic eyelid surgery is generally not covered by insurance, so you’ll be responsible for the cost on your own; the national average surgeon’s fee for upper blepharoplasty is $3,359, while lower blepharoplasty is $3,876, according to the 2024 data from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Breaking Down the Average: What Do Eyelid Surgery Prices Mean?

There’s a reason you might find it challenging to find specific blepharoplasty prices online, because plastic surgeons customize every procedure to the patient.
